It has been nearly a year (March 30, 2020) since the historic 121-year old Pleasantville Christian Church was destroyed by a devastating fire. During the demolition of the remaining structure, a “time capsule” was discovered in the church cornerstone that was placed in 1900 when the original church was built.

The church is inviting the Pleasantville community to the Groundbreaking and “reveal” of the time capsule contents. The activities will begin at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 30th at 302 W. Dallas Street in Pleasantville (site of the old church). You can download the invitation here.
