Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt was a HUGE success thanks to the help of the Pleasantville High School Student Council who stuff the eggs and the generous financial support from our member businesses and community; Casey’s General Stores, Checkerboard Restaurant, Knoxville Raceway, Looks Salon & Tanning, MidAmerican Energy, Myers Insurance, Murphy Family Properties, Pleasantville Clinic, Stone Ridge Dental, Val Schultz, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

In addition to the traditional egg hung for ages Pre-k thru 6th grade, we also were able to sponsor a hunt for teens in grade 7th thru 12th grade. Mr. Bunny knew how smart the teens in Pleasantville were, so he's made those eggs a little harder to find. This wasn't the kind of hunt where they waited by the field and ran to collect eggs when the whistle blew. They received clues over several days to the eggs that were hidden around town. Those teens really had to hunt!

Pictures from both events are available in the photo albums on our web site.
